Which browsers does Rolestash support?
Google Chrome and other Chromium browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store, on desktop. Edge and Firefox versions are planned.
Does it work on sites that aren't listed?
Usually, yes. Most careers pages publish structured job data that Rolestash reads. For anything else it makes a best guess and marks it so you can check before saving.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
You move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted or locked: every job stays on your board, and you can keep editing and exporting. You just can't add new jobs while more than 15 are active.
Do you use AI?
No. Capturing a job is deterministic code, and your data is never sent to an AI service.
How do automatic status updates work?
On Advanced you get a private forwarding address. Set a filter in Gmail or Outlook to forward job emails to it. Rolestash reads each reply with plain rules (no AI), moves the card when it's sure (and suggests the move when it isn't), and adds interview details. Every change can be undone.
Do you read my inbox?
No. Rolestash never connects to your mailbox. It only sees the emails you choose to forward, keeps the extracted update (such as "interview on 3 Oct"), and discards the email itself.
Who handles payments?
Our online reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle processes payments, calculates and collects tax, and issues your invoices. We never see your card details.
