The Rolestash board: job cards with company, location, salary and priority, in Saved, Applied, Interviewing and Offer columns. The Rolestash board in dark mode: job cards with company, location, salary and priority, in Saved, Applied, Interviewing and Offer columns.

One board for the whole search.

Swap the spreadsheet, the bookmarks and the inbox searches for one place that knows where every application is, and what needs doing next.

Save any job in one click

The Rolestash button sits at the edge of the page on supported job sites, from SEEK, LinkedIn and Indeed to Workday and Greenhouse (and on every site, if you switch that on), and says Save job when a posting is open. On any other careers page, click the Rolestash icon or press Alt+J. One click saves the posting with its title, company, salary and closing date filled in.

Anything uncertain is flagged for you to check, and the same role found twice stays one card.

Fill applications from your profile

The same panel fills in the application from your own details: name, contact details and links on every plan, and on Pro your current role, work rights and answers you've saved for questions that come up again. Then mark the job Applied, right there.

It never submits for you, and it skips demographic questions.

See your whole search at a glance

Every application sits in its column, from Saved to Offer, with your notes, tags and a timeline of each move. Closing dates and follow-ups surface before they slip.

Drag a card when you hear back. The dates keep themselves.

Your job emails move the cards

On Pro, forward job emails to a private address; a filter in Gmail or Outlook can do it for you. When an interview invite arrives, the card moves to Interviewing with the time, the join link and Add to calendar. Rolestash keeps the update, never the email.

When it isn't sure, it suggests the move instead, and every change can be undone.

Your search on your phone

Pro syncs your board across up to 5 devices, including your phone through the web board: Today shows the follow-ups due and the roles closing soon, and anything you change there is on your computer when you sit down.

Synced boards are stored in Sydney, Australia, and deleting your account deletes them.

The specifics.

Rolestash is new, so instead of borrowed praise, here is exactly what it does and doesn't do, and where each line is written down.

Questions

Something else? Email support@rolestash.com. A real person reads every message.

How much does it cost?

Free for up to 30 active jobs, with no account. Pro is US$12 a month for unlimited jobs, status updates from your job emails, full autofill, insights and sync across 5 devices including your phone, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed. You pay in your own currency: compare plans and prices.

Does it work on the sites I use?

Probably. Rolestash supports 50 job boards and applicant tracking systems, from SEEK, LinkedIn and Indeed to Workday, Greenhouse and Lever. Most other careers pages publish structured job data it can read; for anything else it makes a best guess and marks it so you can check before saving. See every supported site.

Do you use AI?

No. Capturing a job and reading status emails is deterministic code, and your data is never sent to an AI service.

Do you read my inbox?

No. On Pro you forward the job emails you choose to a private address (a filter in Gmail or Outlook can do it for you). Rolestash reads only those, with plain rules, keeps the update it finds (with the email's subject, sender and date as the reason) and never stores the email. It never connects to your inbox. Every change can be undone.

Where is my data stored?

On the free plan, only in your browser. If you turn on sync (Pro), a copy of your board is stored in our database in Sydney, Australia, and deleting your account deletes it. See the privacy policy.

Which browsers does it support?

Google Chrome and other Chromium browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store, on desktop. Pro adds a web board for your phone. Edge and Firefox versions are planned.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

You move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted or locked: every job stays on your board, and you can keep editing and exporting. You just can't add new jobs while more than 30 are active.

Who handles payments?

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle processes payments, calculates and collects tax, and issues your invoices. We never see your card details.
